Our Executives
BCOSS Executive Leadership (2025–2029)
The Baptist Convention of South Sudan (BCOSS) is blessed with committed, Spirit-filled leaders who guide the Convention in fulfilling its mission of evangelism, discipleship, leadership development, and community transformation.
These executives were elected to serve from 2025 to 2029, providing oversight, strategic direction, and spiritual leadership to all churches and ministries under the Convention.

Pastor Kaya David Daniel
Convention President
A dedicated servant leader with years of ministry experience, providing vision and strategic direction for BCOSS.
Pastor John Manychol
Vice President
Supports the President in leadership matters and oversees Convention-wide ministry coordination.
Pastor Isaac Martin
General Secretary
The chief administrator responsible for documentation, communication, Convention records, and structural coordination.
Pastor Kur Philip
Treasurer
Oversees Convention finances, stewardship, budgeting, and accountability.
Pastor Nyumbo Clement
Team Leader, Men Ministry
Leads the Men’s Ministry in discipleship, leadership development, and supporting men in their spiritual roles.
Pastor Timothy Samson Makana
Team Leader, Children Ministry
Guides the Children’s Ministry in spiritual formation, teaching, and church-based children’s programs.
Bro Isaac Wol Deng
Team Leader, Youth Fellowship
Oversees youth empowerment, discipleship programs, leadership development, and student ministries.
