The Children Ministry of the Baptist Convention of South Sudan (BCOSS) is dedicated to building a strong spiritual foundation for the next generation.
Children are a precious gift from God, and we believe they deserve love, guidance, and the opportunity to know Christ personally from an early age.
Through Bible lessons, creative activities, worship, discipleship, and age-appropriate programs, the Children Ministry helps children grow in faith, develop good character, and understand their identity in Christ.
Our aim is to raise godly boys and girls who will grow into responsible leaders in their homes, churches, and communities.
Helping children understand God’s Word through simple, interactive lessons.
Nurturing prayer, worship, and spiritual awareness at a young age.
Teaching values such as kindness, honesty, obedience, and respect.
Using songs, crafts, drama, storytelling, and games to teach the Bible.
Creating a safe, caring, and child-friendly ministry environment.
Weekly Bible teaching tailored to different age groups, helping children learn God’s Word in a fun and meaningful way.
After-school or weekend Bible clubs where children engage in Scripture memorization, songs, and character-building activities.
Special holiday programs filled with teaching, crafts, sports, and evangelism.
Children learn worship songs, choir pieces, and participate in church presentations.
Encouraging children to use their gifts in drama, poetry, drawing, and storytelling.
Children are the future of the church and the nation. When they are nurtured spiritually, emotionally, and morally, they grow into responsible adults who love God and serve society.
This ministry matters because it:
